At Kyowa Kirin, we uphold a zero tolerance against unethical conduct and encourage speaking up on concerns or reporting of unethical behavior or action. We are dedicated to providing everyone working for or with our organization a direct channel to voice concern or reporting, should they observe any impropriety during the course of working with our organization, especially if the matter pertains to suspected breach of laws, regulations or compliance standards.
Reporting of such matters can be done through this “Speak Up” line , hosted by EthicsPoint, our third-party provider. We encourage all who work or engage with us to report any matter of concern freely and openly at the earliest possible opportunity.
The submissions through EthicsPoint will be conveyed to us in a strictly confidential and, if preferred, anonymous manner. We are committed to addressing your concerns and taking appropriate action.
